Previously coaching the younger generation in the sports field, Tom has also Trained boxers, pushing them to new heights at Cheltenham Boxing Academy.
Trained in the ways of Paul Chek, Tom has an in-depth understanding of how to feel amazing and get functionally stronger. This has helped him personally persevere through previous experiences of PTSD and mental battles.
Training many clients to success through their own mental and physical journeys, utilising his skills through the Holistic Review.
