Matt is a Personal Trainer who specialises in weight loss, strength training and general fitness.

With over 10 years experience training people of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness Matt has achieved some amazing results with his fun, friendly yet driven approach.

Matts training philosophy encompasses all aspects of fitness and he believes what you accomplish in the gym should transfer into every day life. “It’s important to look and feel good but it’s also very important to be fit, strong and healthy and be able to tackle everything life may throw at you.”

When Matt isn’t in the gym training clients or himself you’ll probably find him outside. “I love training in the gym but also in the great outdoors, and keeping active outside, training, running, hiking and being out with the dogs.”
