Seminar Subjects:

Week 1: How does your metabolism actually work (nothing too heavy, just the key points)
Week 3: What do your calorie targets mean and how can you hit them (Kcal deficits, counting/not Kcal, food labels etc)
Week 5: Setting yourself up for success (practical tips, building habits, focusing on the most effective strategies).
Week 7: What is the best diet? What is the best training?
Week 9: Questions submitted from the group

Week 10: Celebratory dinner
