Seminar Subjects:

Week 1 – What do your calorie targets mean and how can you hit them (Kcal deficits, counting/not Kcal, food labels etc)
Week 2 – How does your metabolism actually work (again nothing too heavy, just the key points)
Week 3 – Setting yourself up for success (practical tips, building habits, focusing on the right things eg NEAT, creating the right environment )
Week 4 – Myth busting
Week 5 – Break
Week 6 – Why do many ‘diets’ result in failure.
Week 7 – What type of training is best for you
Week 8 – How to stay motivated (intrinsic and extrinsic)
Week 9 – Questions from everyone (asked in advance)
Week 10 – Celebratory dinner
