Fascinated with athletic performance, I completed a BSc Honours in Strength and Conditioning followed by a MSc in Applied Strength and Conditioning at Hartpury University. I am extremely passionate about sport, fitness and the intricacies involved in the long-term development of athletes. With diverse experience in a wide array of sports I am able to produce training programmes based on your individual needs and sporting requirements to ensure that you are performing optimally and consistently – whether by improving physical performance or by reducing injury likelihood.

 

I am currently contracted with elite academy and pathway athletes at both Gloucester Rugby (u16-u18) and Pentathlon GB which has imparted me with the skills and first-hand knowledge to develop and implement programmes aimed at ensuring young athletes develop to their full athletic potential in a safe and fun environment, whilst also working alongside them as growing individuals. With a specialist knowledge in endurance sports (particularly running) and youth rugby, I have experience working with both large teams and similarly individual athletes on a 1-1 basis.
